Black Lives Matter (BLM) is an organized movement dedicated to non-violent protests, against incidents of police brutality and racism overall against Black British, African, Caribbean, Afro-American people (and many more). The BLM organization exists as a decentralized network with over 30 chapters worldwide, while a larger Black Lives Matter movement consists of various separate like-minded organizations. The broader movement and its related organizations typically advocate against police violence towards black people, as well as for various other policy changes considered to be related to black liberation.

I am working with organizations in this area to support their thinking about developing a more inclusive and diverse environment. In addition, I am offering BAME employers and employee’s coaching and therapeutic services.
